Orders are kept refrigerated before dispatch, then packed in insulated transport pouches with disposable ice blocks. On arrival, refrigerate at 2–8°C when the label says so.
Dispatch is described as Monday to Wednesday. TODO: confirm the days, the courier, and any change over public holidays.
