Research orders are packed for a cold journey and then handed to a courier. Prices and this page are for research materials only. Customers must be 18 or over.
Orders are kept in refrigerated storage before dispatch.
They are packed in insulated transport pouches with disposable ice blocks.
Dispatch days are Monday to Wednesday, so a parcel is less likely to sit in transit over a weekend. TODO: confirm these dispatch days.
On arrival, refrigerate the vial at 2–8°C unless that product’s label says something else.

We stand behind the quality and purity of every product. If something isn't right, our returns process is straightforward and fully compliant with South African consumer protection regulations.

- • All return requests are subject to review and approval by our support team.
- • No returns are guaranteed — approval is at our sole discretion.
Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides, returns are accepted only when all of the following conditions are met:
- ✓Item is unopened, sealed, and in original packaging
- ✓Cold-chain integrity has been maintained (refrigerated)
- ✓Request made within 7 days of delivery
- ✓Product is not a custom or special-order compound

Email support@999peptides.co.za or use our contact form within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive return authorisation
Our team reviews your request and issues a Return Authorisation (RA) number with return shipping instructions within one business day.
Return the product
Ship the unopened, sealed product back in its original packaging. Cold-chain items must be returned refrigerated and unused.
Inspection & refund
Once received and inspected, we process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
