Step 1 — Find your batch number
Locate the batch identifier on the product label.
Step 2 — Open Lab Results
Navigate to the Lab Results area or use the batch-verification tool where available.
Step 3 — Enter or locate your batch
Search using the exact batch number printed on your product.
Step 4 — Compare the information
Verify that:
- Product matches
- Batch matches
- Testing information is present
- Purity result is displayed
- Identity status is displayed
Step 5 — Review the document
Where a downloadable analytical report is available, review the complete document rather than relying solely on a badge or product-page claim.
Why batch-specific testing matters
Different production batches are separate physical lots. Testing should therefore be interpreted in relation to the batch identified by the laboratory documentation.
Can’t find your batch?
Do not substitute documentation from another batch. Contact support and provide the batch number printed on your vial.
